Information we may collect
We may collect information you provide through contact, partnership, volunteer or newsletter forms, including your name, contact details, organisation, interests and message.
A support application may also include the applicant’s location, household size, requested support, church details and contact details for a pastor and department head. Applicants must have permission before providing another person’s information. Please do not submit bank details, identity documents or medical records through the website.
Support applications, contact enquiries, partnership enquiries and volunteer applications are transmitted to separate tabs in a private Google Sheet. Newsletter subscriptions will only be collected when a mailing provider is connected.
How information will be used
Information will be used only to assess and verify requests, contact applicants and named references, respond to enquiries, coordinate appropriate foundation activity, maintain consent records and meet legal or safeguarding responsibilities. A support application does not guarantee assistance.
Sharing and retention
The foundation will not sell personal information. Access should be limited to authorised foundation representatives and trusted service providers with a legitimate need. Google Workspace and Google Apps Script are used to receive support applications and send internal notifications. The foundation must approve and publish a final retention schedule before public launch.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and safeguarding obligations, by emailing admin@deboraholubisifoundation.com.
